TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility: Incentive offers are open only to those who sign up through official incentive campaigns and are 18 years and older as of the entry date unless a specific incentive campaign states additional eligibility requirements. Campaigns, contests, raffles, and exclusive events are only open to legal residents of the United States and are void where prohibited by law. Employees, advisors, and/or board members of The Sheepdog Coalition, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in any campaigns. All campaigns are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the applicant/participant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of The Sheepdog Coalition as final and binding as it relates to the content of Incentive Campaigns.

3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online for official Incentive Campaigns for the full duration of the individual campaign. All online entries must be received through an approved method provided by The Sheepdog Coalition or a third party approved by The Sheepdog Coalition.

4. How to Enter: Campaigns must be entered by submitting an entry using an approved form provided through an official incentive campaign. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified in the individual campaign, to be eligible to be selected. One Alternative Entry Method per person, per campaign, will be accepted. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Sheepdog Coalition. Use of fraudulent methods or otherwise any attempt to circumvent the rules may cause an applicant's submission to be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of The Sheepdog Coalition. 

5. Incentives: The incentive offers made are unique to the individual Campaign. Actual offer value is specific to the individual Campaign and may differ at the time of redemption. The specifics of the Campaign shall be solely determined by The Sheepdog Coalition. No cash or other substitution shall be permitted except at The Sheepdog Coalition's discretion. All incentive offers are non-transferable. Any and all incentive-related expenses, including and without limitation to any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the Applicant's sole responsibility. No substitution of incentives, transfer/assignment of incentives to others, or request for the cash equivalent by Applicant is permitted. Acceptance of Incentive Offers constitutes permission for The Sheepdog Coalition to use Applicant's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. 

6. Selection and Notification: Applicants will be selected at random under the supervision of The Sheepdog Coalition. Applicants that meet individual Campaign requirements will be notified through telephone/SMS and email within seven (7) days following selection. The Sheepdog Coalition shall have no liability for Applicant's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Applicant's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If Applicant cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the incentive offer may be forfeited, and an alternate Applicant selected. Receipt by Applicant of the incentive offered in a Campaign is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY APPLICANT (AT The Sheepdog Coalition's SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN APPLICANT'S DISQUALIFICATION AS SELECTED APPLICANT OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS SELECTED APPLICANT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 

7. Rights Granted by You: By entering/uploading or sharing any content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that The Sheepdog Coalition, anyone acting on behalf of The Sheepdog Coalition, and The Sheepdog Coalition licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Campaign, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. 

8. Terms & Conditions: The Sheepdog Coalition reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any Campaign should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond The Sheepdog Coalition's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of any Campaign. In such case, The Sheepdog Coalition may select the Applicant from all eligible entries received before and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by The Sheepdog Coalition. The Sheepdog Coalition reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of any Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. The Sheepdog Coalition has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of any Campaign, to void entries/votes for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Campaign rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an Applicant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of any Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, The Sheepdog Coalition reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

9. Fees and Deposits: All sessions, reservations, and/or appointments at or with The Sheepdog Coalition require a nonrefundable session fee or reservation deposit. Failure to attend a scheduled session, reservation, and/or appointment or canceling outside The Sheepdog Coalition's cancellation policy will result in the forfeiture of said fee or deposit. (Clause 10 & 11). 

10. Courses, Events, and Incentive Offer Reservation Policy: All offers entitle the Selected Applicant/holder to a SINGLE RESERVATION ONLY. Once made, a reservation is subject to The Sheepdog Coalition Cancellation, Scheduling, No Show Policy, and the Gift Certificate or Promotional Offer is deemed to have been used in full at that original reservation time and date. The Sheepdog Coalition reserves the right to, at the sole discretion of The Sheepdog Coalition, reschedule reservations and/or extend or deny any Gift Certificate or Incentive Offer at any time for any reason.

11. Cancellation, Scheduling, No Show Policy: Any cancellations made within 24 hours after the time the reservation was placed for any reason will be honored, and any associated credits and/or deposits/fees will be fully refunded.  Any changes to an existing reservation made after 24 hours from the time the reservation was placed will be at the sole discretion of The Sheepdog Coalition. Non-attendance (NO SHOW) for a reservation will result in the forfeiture of any credits and/or booking deposits/fees, and any Gift Certificate, Promotional Voucher, and/or Incentive Offer is then deemed to have been used in full. 

12. Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless The Sheepdog Coalition and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in any Campaign and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any incentive offers or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any products, services, transmissions, telephone, or internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. 

13. Disputes: ALL Campaigns ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF United States AND Virginia, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in any Campaigns, Participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with any Campaign, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Virginia having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall Participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than Participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering the Campaign). Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 

14. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on The Sheepdog Coalition website (sheepdogcoalition.org).

15. Sponsor: The Sponsor of all Incentive Campaigns is The Sheepdog Coalition unless otherwise stated in the individual-specific campaign. 

16. Facebook/Instagram: The Campaign hosted by The Sheepdog Coalition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any of their subsidiaries and/or affiliates.
